Mr. Nicholas has spent his career involved in large scale real estate and infrastructure projects for some of the world's leading companies that include Mitsubishi, AIG, Coventry Development and Sears. For Mitsubishi, he served as CEO of several US subsidiaries, including a vanguard company that represented Mitsubishi International Corporation and subsidiaries Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Mitsubishi Port Group and Diamond Generating Corporation.
Mr. Nicholas is Director of Business Development and future Director of LGDA Commerce, Trade and Business Development Division. He is also a shareholder of Global Renewable Energy (GRE). His GRE responsibilities include:
- Identifying major strategic business opportunities
- Providing advice and policy recommendations to the Board of Directors
- Maintaining a robust strategic business opportunity pipeline
- Scheduling and conducting meetings with potential teaming partners for new business opportunities
- Soliciting new business opportunities and exploring ways to enhance existing ones
- Participating in key corporate presentations involving new or existing client
The educational background of Mr. Nicholas includes: BS in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and BBA in Finance & Management from Texas A&M University
